“ Overall good experience - but don’t expect to do everything online. Plan trips to Hong Kong for bigger items like changes of owners (obviously) - but sometimes their online website doesn’t accept address changes and other things - so you’ll almost have to come in person - mailing forms and dealing with online support takes forever.”

“ The process of setting up the account was pretty strict, but they handled it well (ie. not too confusing). Online aspects are fairly good (I can do most ‘normal’ things in my account) but big changes require mailing forms around (which is a bit of a hassle) and visiting in person. I found their helpline to be pretty responsive and easy to get hold of, but the connection was usually a bit bad and the level of English not very clear.”
